If you're having: difficulty with health anxiety, please have an evaluation with a psychiatrist or psychologist. Therapy and meds can be helpful to move past these issues. Sometimes there are realistic fears about health that are perfectly normal; if that’s the case, you may still benefit from improved coping and diminished anxiety with the help of mental health providers. Good luck!

This sounds a bit: like hypochrondriasis--fear of having health conditions when, in fact, you don't. This can "lean" to the anxiety side, or over to the OCD side, and can signal underlying depression. Both "sides" respond to treatment, especially REBT and CBT. Both also respond to meds, as needed. Check this out with a mental health pro for proper dx, tx plan and support.
