Possible Hernia: Depending on your weight, a simple physical exam could be very useful to identify if you have a hernia. Sometimes you may require a CT scan to rule it out if suspected by physical exam. Hernia treatment is usually done by surgery Another alternative is simple post operative swelling due to muscle weakness
