Two issues: I don't believe that the lower left abdominal distress and the left arm and shoulder symptoms are related. You may be dealing with something like tendonitis of the shoulder especially if arm motions affect the discomfort. Diverticulitis, muscular or left ovarian disorders may explain the abdominal distress. If symptoms persist see your physician for diagnosis,treatment and any needed tests.
