Worried. my daughter has ast of 75 (upper limit is 36) and elevated alkaline phosphate. alt is normal and no other symptoms.

Repeat the test: Repeat the test now. If still abnormal, then the doctor will recommend work up. Normally, I would just wait a month and repeat the test, and maybe check for hepatitis. But why was this test done to begin with? Is she taking any medications?
