Hi, i have strep throat ( 7 days). my neck and lower part of my head has been stiff the whole time. i have not had a fever at all. menengitis?

Not likely: though it is not likely, if you present to the ER, you might get a lumbar puncture to find out if you have meningitis. Since you have had this stiffness for 7 days and you don't have headache, fever, or change in your mental state, I doubt it's something to worry about.
