Parasthesiae: This is most likely an irritability of superficial nerves in your neck in view of the localized nature of your symptoms.This is more of a nuisance rather than a serious problem and should resolve. However if symptoms spread or other neurologic type symptoms occur, consult your physician or a neurologist.
