Monitor ovulation: do you have regular periods? Do you know when you could be ovulating? Normally, it's roughly 2 weeks after the first day of your last period, when you notice that your cervical mucus is thicker and more abundant. You should have sex every other day in the two weeks surrounding ovulation. if you have access to ovulation kit, that will help. If you have no luck after a few months, see your doctor
