Don't worry: If you got through a normal pregnancy, then you are likely healthy, and an occasional abdominal pain is nothing to worry about. Could be some cramping of the muscles of the abdominal wall. You could try some gentle stretching when you get the pain (lift arms overhead and breathe deeply for 5 breaths). If it lasts for more than a few seconds, see a doctor.
