Serious, even very: B"sd He has neurologic symptoms and should seek appropriate medical attention with no more incredible delay. It much better to err on side of caution than to risk death or disability from neglect of serious symptoms. Of course all this could be carpal tunnel syndrome and chapped lips - health care system not that bad that you have to risk it.
