Work up: Would have the MRI repeated at the very least. I am guessing you have the radiologist's report on the MRI study. "incompletely visualized and incompletely characterized" wording of the report suggests the radiologist is not sure anything is there to begin with.

There is: Not enough information to render an opinion. Almost all lesions, from innocuous to serious, are high T2/low T1 signal, so it could be anything from absolutely nothing to worry about, to something more significant.
