I have a hard, non-motile, tender, but not red circular bump, 0.25" - 0.5" wide, under my skin, 2 -2.5" above my left temple. im 35 and f. thoughts?

A few things: There are various things that can look like this on the skin. The two most common lesions are a lipoma or a cyst (typically a pilar cyst). While these are normally mobile, they can also be non-mobile. There are rarer lesions, such as other soft tissue and bony tumors or cysts. If it is bothersome or growing, I'd recommend having it evaluated by a dermatologist and getting it removed.
