Possible Vertigo!: Good day; I don't believe symptoms are related to root canal therapy! Confer with P.C. MD. Recently, I was diagnosised with Vertigo( classic symptom). May be: May be something as innocuous as tension release now that dental procedure is completed. May be blood pressure change, low blood sugar, or a stroke. Don't mess with this. See your physician, urgent care, or ER now.
