Right lower abd pain: In any young person, RLQ pain always raise the thought of appendicitis. Could also be ovarian cyst, vaginitis ( mycoplasma) Mittleschmerz- ovulation which can cause pain ( if it is midcycle). May be beginning inflammatory bowel or food intolerences. But would follow up with doc pain is never normal if persisting and not fleeting for a second
