The right side of my knee has pain but that comes and goes. this has been happening for 2 weeks. there is no swelling. is this cause of concern?

Right knee pain: Related to rauma? May be strain, meniscus ( depending on the sports you are in and injuries) ,sciatica rarely cyst(Bakers-but swells) lesions/vascular(tends to be more constant). if flat footed may be strain try orthodics. .would get xray, try kinesiotape for support avoid strenous activity for a week, have you tried motrin ( if not allergic)?f/u/ w/ doc urgent care
