Needs evaluation: This seems like quite a long time to be ill - and I highly recommend you see a doctor. Particularly because your oxygen levels are lower than they should be. Not to scare you, but complications from a viral type illness like you describe can occur. Best to call your doc now, or if unavailable go to an emergency room where they can evaluate you fully. You at least should have a chest X-ray and labs
