Depends on menses: Most girls stop growing about a year after they begin menstruation, as the hormones that bring on periods also cause the growth plates of the bone to close. Since the average age to start menses is age 12.5-13, I would expect minimal growth for a girl who is 15 years old. A health diet and exercise are good choices for all.
