I am taking 50mg vyvanse for anxiety/adult adhd. 5 mg abilify (aripiprazole) was added to control panic attacks. how do they work together /possible side effects?

Can Be OK Together: There are no real concerns about using these two medicines together. However, Abilify (aripiprazole) can sometimes cause drowsiness, which could affect your focus/concentration. Also, keep in mind that Vyvanse can sometimes cause increased anxiety. If you are needing additional treatment for anxiety/panic, you would want to talk with your provider about whether Vyvanse is adding to the anxiety.
