Defuse: His books are excellent in regards to acceptance and as well changing your stance towards your attitude and thoughts. Freeing your self up from the entanglement of unfortunately chosen and reified thoughts and metaphors can benefit anyone. ACT Therapy: Acceptance and commitment therapy is the model he uses and is helpful for anyone who has emotions! i find this model very helpful and emphasizes the importance of action toward values which give ones life meaning.
