No: No, swallowing your period blood won't kill you. Think about all the people who swallow blood from blood nose. So stop worrying about that. However, you are exposed to sexually transmitted diseases, whether you engage in unprotected vaginal or oral sex, etc. It's safer to make him wear a condom each & every time (wrap it up!). And just in case, get HPV vaccine to protect against cervical cancer.
