HTN chest tightness: WBC is upper limits (labs have different standard so need to present that) ; blood pressure is elevated with chest tightness, clear CXR. Would check EKG and echocardiogram so see if there is a structural abnormality,diastolic dysfunction or if the right heart or pulmonary pressure is elevated. , check for asthma PFTs would also check TSH. Rare entities pheo and carcinoid . f/u/ /w doc
