Appendicitis: is not my first thought. The onset of appendicitis is not really related to eating; often it comes on gradually with just a sense of not being hungry at first. The vomiting is the key...most likely a viral gastroenteritis that may last a day or two. ? gall bladder attack, but rare in young male. Keep hydrated, blander foods, rest: to Doc if pain worsens/persists. Best wishes:)
