Wait and see: The antibiotics for chlamydia don't cause bleeding. A single dose is usually sufficient, but you should wait 7days before having sex again to be sure you don't give it to anyone. It could be some spotting between periods. If it is heavy and bright red, not stopping, or if you feel lightheaded, see your doctor. But if it looks like period blood, you can wait and see if it stops in a day or two.
