How long do colds last for? is there anything i can do to help me feel better faster? what goes on inside our bodies when we have a cold? help???

Cold: Commin cold is a viral infection it will run its course usually 7-10 days. Treatment is symptomatic antihistamine might reduce the secretion, Tylenol (acetaminophen) helps with fever and aches/pain Fluid to keep hydrated. Rest to give you body to heal
