Hard to say: There are a variety of infections that can pass sexually.Not all are part of a routine screen, so I would have to say the answer depends on how thorough the testing went.Males are often not evaluated for HPV although they can shed virus off and on for years after primary infection. Condoms provide some help but no guarantee.You are relatively safe, but there's no perfect screen available.
