PID?: The clinic apparently believed you and/or your partner have chlamydia, which the only thing in sex partners normally treated with azithromycin. However, cramping and bleeding suggests it might have progressed to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). If so, you need additional antibiotics. Return to the clinic for further evaluation. Good luck!
