Mgt: Insect bites can cause a rash in a cluster. If your son appears ill, is febrile he should be seen. Using a topical lotion for itching, and 1 % hydrocortisone lotion twice per day for swelling is advised. If there is any respiratory problem, please see the ED immediately.
