Soda: The research on soda is generally supportive of the idea that soda is not good for you. Even a can of soda a day, because of the volume of sugar, or other chemicals (non-sugar substitutes) is not healthy. Drinking water with flavors, other additives to water is generally a better alternative to soda. I won't even get into what coca cola does to rust....
