What happens if i drink soda from 2001, will i get ill?

Nothing: As long as the bottle cap was intact and the fluid looks ok, you should do fine. There may have been some degredation in taste and if aspartame is the sweetener, then by this time it will have broken down and the taste will be bland. But you will experience no harm.
