Chronic urethritis: Such prolonged, persistent symptoms after multiple antibiotics suggest the possibility of Mycoplasma genitalium; ask doctor about trying moxifloxacin. Or a non STD prostate infection. Also ask about certain parasitic infections, especially schistosomiasis -- heretofore uncommon in Pakistan, but recently increasing. See an infection specialist and/or urologist. Good luck.
