Insuff Info: What is your age? Do you smoke? On the surface it sounds like arterial insufficiency (poor circulation). But I do not have enough information. I do not know what meds you take. Muscle cramps can come from low potassium and low magnesium which is common in people on Diuretics (water pill). Please resubmit with more info.
