Good food to help menstral cramps?

Cramps: Menstrual cramps are caused by the production of a chemical called prostaglandin. They cause an inflammatory reaction and trigger pain receptors. Medications such as Aspirin or Ibuprofen can help. Foods rich in omega 3 oils , such as salmon, egg yolks, flax seed oil, are natural anti-inflammatory. Add this to your diet and it may significantly help you.
