Annovulatory cycle: Sometimes the ovary doesn't release an egg and the cycles are irregular; if you were pregnant, the test would be positive by now.

Yes: You may be pregnant. You should follow up with your pcp or OB physician. There are several other possibilities that may cause these symptoms, including an ovarian cyst.
