Labs: I trust you mean immature granulocytes. The labs mean nothing in the absence of a good history and physical exam. You do need a serious investigation of your B12 status and to determine whether you need lifetime replacement. Nobody here will be able to tel you anything more. Heads up -- very high eosinophils warn of Churg-Strauss which often gets missed.
