Probably so: Levocetrizine is an antihistamine used to treat conditions such as hay fever and hives. It can potentially be sedating. Since you are taking it at night, hopefully you will not have any residual effects upon awakening. However, if you do take it with Zoloft, (sertraline) keep in mind that the sedating effect may be enhanced. So, taking both at night seems reasonable. Consult with doc to get clearance. Best.
