The clots themselves: are not concerning and certainly some children do get frequent nosebleeds. If she is otherwise healthy and has no other bleeding problems, there is nothing too concerning. However, if she is getting them frequently, you may want to ask her pediatrician to refer her to an ear, nose, throat specialist, for possible cautery. Air humidifier and saline get to her nose may also lessen the frequency.
