Would i get accurate blood test pregnancy report if i am taking microgyno and suspect i am pregnant? it's urgent please help

Microgynon?: Urine or blood pregnancy tests are very accurate, regardless of whether a woman is on birth control pills or not. One can do the test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception could have occurred). The result almost always will be negative, if one is using her birth control pills properly. Rarely is a pregnancy test an urgent matter.
