can you tell me exactly when is the infertile period of menstrual cycle?

Obstetrics and Gynecology 36 years experience
Menstrual cycles: The fertility window is greatest around the time of ovulation but can be from 5-7 days before to 2-3 days after your ovulation. Finding out about your fertile window requires you to monitor your menstrual cycles to see if you are ovulating at a consistent time each month and planning accordingly. However, you can still get pregnant if you ovulate outside the presumed window.
