See OB/GYN: 27 year old lady at 19 weeks of gestation presents with microscopic hematuria versus hematuria. For a pregnant woman, blood in the urine is an indication to see your OB/GYN. More studies are needed to evaluate microscopic hematuria in women. Your physician needs to know your past medical history and medications in order to properly assess you. To be safe, your OB/GYN will follow this issue.
