Is it safe for a pregnant woman in her 3rd trimester to take benadryl (diphenhydramine) while also taking metronidozale? as well as the occasional zofran?

Probably: I ran the drug interaction, and there is a small chance of heart rhythm side effect, but I would say this combination is fairly safe. The recommendation is just to monitor for symptoms of side effect: feeling abnomal heart beat, dizzy, fainting.
