Swallow difficulty: May be GERD w/ or without h pylori, , or infeciton in esophagus like candida or stricture can be evaluated with EGD where they look down esophagus w/ scope. May also be achalasia -spasm/ irregular perastalsis ( the movement that pushes food along) rarely stroke, mass lesion. Get CT chest, thyroid ultrasound F/u/ w/ doc and gastroenterologist
