Don't know: B"sd if is vertigo - balance disturbance in the middle ear balance organ - you can have back and forth movements of your eyes - nystagmus - but this is involuntary and usually brought on with looking in various directions. So, I have no idea about you. There is also a condition with weakness of eye movement muscles. If me, would see an eye doctor and maybe a neurologist. Doubt its hormones.
