Get your leg stra-: -ight as you can, rest ti at that height on a bar & rotate your leg inward & outward & you will feel that it stretches the hams on each side of the knee. Don't forget to keep the other leg straight @ the knee. Lean your pelvis into the stretching leg as you rotate.start it slowly until you get the hang of it.
