Exam needed: Your symptoms are nonspecific but because of the severity of the discomfort and the involvement of the entire abdomen along with tenderness, you must be evaluated as soon as possible in the emergency room. Possibilities include perforated peptic ulcer, acute gastritis,,pancreatitis, inflamed gall bladder or even appendicitis.
