Possibly: BCP's are composed of estrogens and progesterones which are both steroids. So is prednisone. So there might be a drug-drug interaction. Presumably your doc gave you prednisone for a reason and hopefully you will be off of it soon. If you're worried about potential pregnancy there are plenty of good tests for that.
