Spitting up: Crying and spitting up after feeds may be from usual baby gas, formula intolerance (example lactose intolerance) or reflux Constipaition causes stomach pain but crying after feeds may be from above mentioned causes It is common for babies not to poop for 3-5 days

More likely a GERD: GERD, gastroesophageal reflux disease, or infantile colic is more likely the cause. Consult with her pediatrician.
