Meds: The important question is "Why are you taking these meds?" Hasn't the doctor who prescribed these meds not discussed this with you? If he/she hasn't please ask the doctor for more information.

The max daily dose: of caffeine for healthy adult is 400 mg/day (Mayo Clinic). Caffeine boosts response of acetaminophen for pain but together they may increase liver danger. Effexor (venlafaxine) okay at proper doses but also may affect the liver. It is wise to consult your prescriber re med interactions, effects and side effects. Best regards for relief.
