Much better: The new one will be much better for you. Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) or other OC with drospirenone will be even better. It is a matter of how androgenic progesterones effect some people because of genetic factors. You first pill is androgenic [acts like male hormone], your second is neutral, Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) is anti-androgenic. Spironolone should be considered in addition. It is anti-androgenic, very safe, not expensive.
