I have an aching pain in both shoulders. it is towards to top and front of both shoulders. extends a little ways down the top of the arm. ?

Many possibilities: There is a broad differential for your pain. Each must be evaluated. You must give a good history of the pain as well it could be anything from a positional issue. In other words your posture is poor or you sit fixed for a period of time. A viral illness is a possibility and if all ruled out you look to a fibromyalgia.
