Need investigation: Emergency Room is only to take care of emergencies , and immediate acute care like yours , not meant further diagnosis and long term follow up . If you have positional vertigo , just Epley's maneuver may not be enough , speak to your family doctor to refer you to an ENT specialist , for diagnosis and treatment .
