First question: ?reason for inflamation. Many etiologies: Fluid & poss Biopsy needed for DX. Infection requires antibiotics, Rheumatoid & Nonspec treated with long tappering dose of anti-inflammatory drug. Recurrent reuires more invasive treatment.
